With the new smoker that the wife got for me, I figured it was time to smoke a brisket on the new grill. This 12 lb. brisket was smoked for 10.5 hours using Oak & Mesquite woods. For a my first brisket on the smoker, I think it came out pretty well. I’ll be making some tweaks, but over all, pretty good
